Marriott Grand Residence Club, Lake Tahoe, South Lake Tahoe

Our stay was a mixed bag at this hotel. While we enjoyed the spacious and modern room with a fantastic kitchen setup, the service left much to be desired, especially with how long it took to get simple requests fulfilled. The location was fantastic for skiing, and we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. However, the cleanliness of the sheets was disappointing, overshadowing an otherwise enjoyable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort! The location was just perfect, right near the gondola and a plethora of dining options. The spacious suite accommodated our party comfortably, and the well-stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze. However, there were some oddities, like the charge for DVD rentals and the lack of significant perks for loyalty members. Overall, it was a great value for a ski trip with the family.

I had a delightful stay at the Grand Residences, particularly enjoying the fantastic location just a short walk from the Heavenly Gondola, shops, and dining options. The staff were incredibly helpful, making our check-in smooth and our stay enjoyable. However, I found the dining options quite limited and the lack of room service a bit disappointing. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were a highlight for relaxation after a day of skiing, but I did notice some aspects of the room could use refreshing.

I had a really nice stay overall. The suite was spacious and equipped with a full kitchen, making it ideal for our family. The location was perfect for accessing local attractions and dining without needing a car. However, the valet service could be a hassle at times, especially if you needed something from your car quickly. The pools were delightful, but the beds were somewhat uncomfortable.
